For over 21 years, Joshua Allen has brought strategic vision and principled leadership to Central Virginia’s real estate market. As the Principal Broker and Owner of Priority One, he works closely with builders and investors to turn large-scale property goals into reality. Whether managing commercial developments or meeting strict project deadlines, Joshua operates with a servant’s heart, striving to ensure every partnership and project is built to last. His entrepreneurial spirit has also led him to develop and operate multiple small businesses that provide essential services to the Lynchburg area. Though he applies the competitive drive of a former collegiate athlete to his work, his true compass is his faith and his family. Joshua is deeply devoted to his wife, Nicole and their two boys, Sammy and Noah.
Keith Johnson
CMCA, AMS, Class A Contractor
With more than 17 years of management experience, Keith brings extensive knowledge, leadership, and expertise to the homeowners association management services provided by Priority One throughout Central Virginia. As an Owner, he plays an integral role in delivering exceptional service to communities by combining strategic leadership with a hands-on approach. Keith's diverse professional background includes business consulting, project management, accounting, human resources, and systems operations. Keith is dedicated to helping communities thrive through responsive service, sound management practices, and a commitment to excellence. Keith, his wife Terri, and their children are avid Liberty University Flames fans and enjoy going to as many football and basketball games as possible.
Nick McNiesh
Association Manager
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Coastal Carolina University in 2008, Nick pursued a successful career in the golf industry, achieving the designation of PGA Class A Member. In 2021, he made a strategic career transition and relocated to Virginia in the spring of 2023 to join Priority One as an Association Manager. His extensive experience in customer service as a PGA Golf Professional is a valuable asset in effectively managing properties.

She is a proud wife and mother of five beautiful children, and family is at the center of everything she does. Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors and takes pride in creating positive experiences for those around her, both personally and professionally.

She has worked in the accounting industry for 16 years and has worked in property management for the last 13 years specializing in Community Association Real Estate closings. Jessica loves spending time with her husband, Trent, and their two boys Ryder and Luke.

Eve Crawford

Eve is a city girl from New Jersey who moved to Lynchburg in 2018, to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security. Eve comes to Priority One with 9 years of experience in customer service and hospitality. She brings her great smile to our office and joyful personality to all she encounters. She prides herself at assisting the needs of our Clients and Customers each day in the office. In her free time she likes to bowl, cook, and travel as much as she can.
Aaron Johnson
Maintenance Specialist
Aaron is a highly decorated Air Force Veteran who served 6 years in active duty. During his enlistment Aaron was responsible for maintaining and servicing Nuclear ICBMS as a Team Chief in the 90th Missile Maintenance Squadron at Francis E. Warren AFB, Wyoming. He now provides direct assistance to the association and property management team as an apprentice under Keith Johnson. Aaron loves to spend time with his family, work on his cars, and lifting at the gym in his free time.

Nina moved from Northern Virginia to Lynchburg, Virginia 11 years ago. She has over 35 years in the Customer Service Industry, 19 years in the Bookkeeping/Accounting industry, and 8 years in the Property Management field. Nina has been married for over 40 years and has one daughter, Christian, and one son, Quinton. In her spare time, you will find her in Upstate New York enjoying her grandson Thomas and granddaughters Claire and Emma.

Renee started with us in August of 2022. She is a Michigan native that’s been in Forest for 6yrs. She’s married to a wonderful, supportive husband and is a mom of four boys. She enjoys exercising, MMA, being outdoors and creating. On her weekends she runs her jewelry making business.

Crystal Rebsamen
Maintenance Dispatch
Crystal Rebsamen serves as the Maintenance Dispatcher, where she coordinates a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the timely and efficient completion of repairs across the company’s rental properties. She brings several years of experience in administration, operations, and management, with a strong background in project coordination, team leadership, scheduling, and customer service.
Since 2019, Crystal has held administrative and management positions in both nonprofit and private organizations, developing expertise in organizational leadership, process management, and building strong working relationships. In 2025, she became a Virginia Certified Law Enforcement Officer, further strengthening her commitment to professionalism, accountability, and public service.
Outside of her professional career, Crystal is passionate about serving her community. In 2013, she founded JourneyHome, the Foster and Adoption Ministry at Thomas Road Baptist Church, creating a ministry that continues to support foster and adoptive families throughout Central Virginia through resources, encouragement, and practical assistance. Her dedication to leadership, service, and helping others has remained a consistent thread throughout her career.
